Qualified candidate must have excellent communication skills and must be able to delegate to others. Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and complete administrative responsibilities. Candidate must possess a high school education or the equivalent, plus six (6) years of parts experience in a high volume environment OR two (2) years of college with an Associate Degree in Business or Industrial Management or the equivalent; plus three (3) years of parts experience in a high volume environment.
