JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities include:
* Lead all aspects of financial and
quantitative analysis in support of Gartner's Product
Development & Product Management organization.
* Lead all aspects of monthly analysis
and financial reporting associated with individual
product performance as well as business unit performance
* Analyze key performance metrics to
improve predictability of results.
* Support the development of long range
economic models with alignment to operating and strategic
plans
* Provide insights into performance to
various company leadership including but not limited to
GVP Corporate Finance, CFO and SVP of Product Management
* Provide leadership to the finance team
to maintain standards and increase value delivered

QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor degree with a concentration in business,
finance or accounting. Advanced degree desired.
* Five to ten years of experience in
financial analysis and reporting.
* Extensive experience is database
analytics. Ability to distill large amounts/complex
information into a concise message.
* Ability to model analytics and work
with business unit leaders to act on appropriate changes.
* Ability to work independently and solve
complex problems.
* Excellent communication skills
