Job Description Accountable to the Site Procurement Manager to provide Procurement and Supply Chain Management (PSCM) support to the Biofuels Global Technology Center (GTC.

Participates in and leads the execution of sourcing and ordering activities for the GTC. Develop and execute sourcing strategies in alignment with applicable procurement strategies. The role includes understanding the GTC objectives and desired outcomes, engaging internal customers, supporting implementation of processes and procedures, understanding options and risks associated with supply chain activities, building supplier relationships in order to achieve higher supplier performance, negotiating commercial terms to deliver best value solutions, contract execution and administration, purchase order execution, and the measurement/reporting of the value delivered.

Directly Report to Site Procurement Manager.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Engineering, and/or Business Administration.
- ISM CPM or CPSM certification is desirable.

- 3 or more years of Procurement experience.

- Strong PSCM process, data and system knowledge including the execution of the PSCM common processes (Sourcing, Procurement to Pay, Contracting Excellence, Supplier Management).

- Demonstrated leadership skills.

- Demonstrated ability to influence management, teams and individuals across multiple disciplines.

- Strong communication skills both spoken and written.

- Set clear direction and prioritize tasks.

- Fosters effective teamwork and collaboration.

- High level of commercial and financial awareness.

- Ability to execute tasks under minimal supervision.

- Good problem solving skills, analytical ability, time management.

- Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).

- Strong stakeholder management capability.

- Highly Customer-focused.
