JOB DESCRIPTION:
Organizational Change Management Consultant
Summary: The  primary responsibility of this role is to support the development and
 execution of overall organizational change management strategy and
 deliverables during the planning, integration, deployment and
 post-implementation phases of major projects. Provide organizational change management
 best practices to leverage methodologies and deliverables applied on the
 projects.  Responsible for the deployment of the various strategic
 design elements defined within the scope of work for the team.
This individual collaborates and partners with the business partners while
 taking direction from Project leadership to develop and implement
 practical solutions to business problems..Organizational Impact Assessment,
 Org Design, Change Management activities, and Communications support
 Develops communications plans and executes accordingly
 Responsible for the deployment of the various change management strategic design
 elements defined within the scope of work for the change management
 strategy and rolls them out within the scope of the deliverables and
 plan
Collaborates and partners with the business partners within
 his/her assigned team, while taking direction from leadership to develop and
 implement practical solutions aligned to defined strategy,
 deliverables, plan, and business issues as they develop
Leads efforts to improve internal processes through continuous improvement methodologies,
 best practices sharing, and collaboration within the business partners.

QUALIFICATIONS:
-10 yrs years Change Management experience in a large corporation or a
 consulting environment
Demonstrated written and verbal  communication skills; presentation skills/public speaking skills
At least 3+  years of experience in organizational effectiveness or development.
Experience in leading and/or working as part of a team and
 understands team dynamics
Experience in formal or informal organizational
 change management with a focus on people impact issues is required 
Excellent analytical, communication, presentation and conceptual skills
 and excellent problem solving, facilitation and interpersonal
 skills
Ability to help define and deliver critical interventions to meet
 unique situations 
Aptitude to work in ambiguous situations with
 limited supervision 
Ability to work at multiple levels within the
 organization 
Sense of urgency along with motivation to understand
 business issues and develop both strategic and tactical solutions to
 the business challenges
Must be able to handle several projects at
 any one time 
High proficiency with Microsoft Office products
 including MS Project.
