JOB DESCRIPTION: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to assist in the development of a U.S. Tysabri patient marketing strategy. The position will be responsible for the development, management and execution of the patient marketing plans. Position reports directly to the Associate Director of Patient Marketing for Tysabri.

. Primary areas of responsibility are:
. Assist in the development of the brand strategy
. Assist in the development and execution of the patient Marketing tactical plans
. Build, manage and execute the both branded and unbranded patient communication campaigns
. Partner with the internal and external patient advocacy groups
. Develop Patient Services Marketing strategies and oversee execution
. Manage Marketing communications and creative agency relationship
. Ensure adherence and manage budgets

This individual will be required to work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead various initiatives:
. Patient Services
. Franchise
. Global Marketing
. Legal
. Regulatory
. Finance
. Sales-force

QUALIFICATIONS:

. Creative and strategic thinking; strong leadership and influence skills; excellent communications skills; an analytical approach to business problem solving; strong project management skills.
. Experience in development and execution of brand plan is a requirement.
. Marketing professional, with 3-5 years of pharmaceutical commercial experience.
. Biotech marketing a plus
. Patient Marketing communication experience a plus.
. Experience in specialty markets a plus.
. Must be adept at influence management.
. Must have excellent analytical, strategic thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills.
. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with effectively with cross-functional teams.
. Ability to work under pressure.
. Must exhibit leadership skills and ability to perform in fast paced environments.
. Self-starter who functions well independently or within a team.
. Strong oral and written communication skills required.
