BENEFITS:
JOB DESCRIPTION: Biogen Idec is looking for an
experienced, and enthusiastic manager to provide project
management and technical leadership for the global
commercial application development team. This person must
be experienced with the Agile development methodology,
project management best practices and have a background
that includes hands on application development.
Candidates must be forward thinking and comfortable
leading a team of software developers through new
concepts and ambiguous ideas. This individual must have
experience leading cross functional teams and building
relationships between IT and their business partners.
Key responsibilities will include:
. Coordinate of application development across multiple
business units and regions (US, International, Sales,
Marketing, Customer Service, Medical Information)
. Vendor mgmt for an outsourced delivery team
. Ensuring consistent best practices and processes are
followed and refined to maintain a stable production
environment
